The Swim Academy is a brand new swim fitness club that aims to help you stay active & motivated by teaching you new aquatic skills. The programme has been specifically designed in partnership with the governing bodies of swimming (the ASA & STA) to teach you pool rescue, lifesaving & first aid techniques whilst also improving and developing your swimming ability.

• The Academy is open to anyone over the age of 12yrs, as we run both Adult and Youth groups.
• Sessions will run for 1 hour.
• The programme covers swimming technique, ability and stamina training.

You will receive the benefit of over 10 years of experience and knowledge in Lifeguarding and first aid awareness whilst also receiving high quality coaching that aims to develop and maintain a strong and efficient style of swimming.

A good standard of swimming ability is required to join the academy which will be assessed prior to enrolment.

Based at the Springs Leisure Club, Belfry Hotel, Handforth and other locations in the south of Manchester.
